"It’s a safe and easy to access essentials area. Homeless problem comes and goes. Proximity to restaurants and Whole Foods makes it good. Lots of coffee shops in Walking distance but we lack a great pizza restaurant within walking distance."

"Lots of dogs. Lots of homeless hanging where ones dogs want to walk. They mostly chain smoke and fill the entire sidewalk etc. "

"Many local county sheriff deputies and the city’s police department officers live in this area! It’s a wonderful feeling seeing their cruisers parked in their driveways or in front of the home! I initially was scared when I moved to neighborhood but that was short lived seeing police cars in the driveways as home owners! There are 2 nice parks and one with a large pool too!"

"A wonderful area with restaurants, shopping, theaters and galleries all in walking distance. Just a few blocks from Sarasota Bay."

"Next to main bus station Walk to many needs. But need car for other or Uber or bus. I have no commute "

"Do not move to Sarasota. It is full of old people and expensive restaurants. The people are very unfriendly. "
