"I grew up in this neighborhood so it feels nostalgic to be returning home to my roots. It’s always been a great family oriented neighborhood comprised with home owners and long term renters. Definitely a place to raise a family!"

"Hands down, this is the best neighborhood in Wilmington. The people care about each other and come together often. We have a strong active neighborhood association and we are close to everything. Check us out and fall in love."

"I lived here for 3 years. Some people are friendly. It used to be a lot of crime in the area. It's getting better, but not a good place to raise small children. "

"I grew up in this neighborhood and have lived in the neighborhood for the last 10 years. It is close to restaurants and major highways. It is within 2 hours driving distance to major cities: Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New York."
