"There’s a wonderful trail that leads to a dog park at Spring Canyon Park which is not too far away for a walk or a bike ride and it has a dog park there. We often take the trail there which is less then 2 miles away"

"Walking distance to park and school. Many kids yet quiet and safe. close to CSU yet a great family neighborhood. Best location to be close to everything in town yet minutes away from horsetooth and hiking trails. "
