"My commute is nonexistent. Until a year ago, I walked to work but now I’m a bit concerned about the crime, not necessarily in my neighborhood, but as I get closer to work, which is about a mile away."

"Nice highrise living with great amenities. It doesn’t feel very much like a neighborhood but you can get everywhere you want pretty easily. Usually sunny, close to the water and different piers is great. "

"My neighborhood has great access to public transport, great office spaces and luxurious apartments. There’s a lot of single people and some with small kids in stroller. The coffee shops are great, but not much else."

"I've lived here for 3 years. Street with high buildings and fancy Condos. Plenty Cafes to grab coffee for a nice walk to Ferry Building"

"It's full of modern high rise buildings and near the water. Interesting intersection of wealthy and homelessness. Being able to see the bay bridge at night is great."

"I see a lot of dogs when I take my dog for a walk. There is a dog park couple blocks away. Dog can have a good time if he wants to release his energy out!! "

"I’ve lived this neighborhood for 5 years. There are more stores in this area compare to few years ago. Restaurants are walking distance. This area has been becoming more residential area. "

"So close to downtown with lots of young people and access to public transportation. Embarcadero is great for walking and running. Close by ATT park and chase center"

"There a couple of good dog parks in the area. The embarcadero ferry building is really close by. Generally clean everyone picks up after themselves. "
