"Good access to public transportation. Sidewalks are cracked and uneven due to tree roots and lack of maintenance or repair from the local government agency. Forget pushing a stroller on them & the only alternative is walking in the street! With the amount of taxes Napa residents pay, residents deserve better maintenance of our streets and sidewalks! The sidewalks in this neighborhood have been in need of repair for 30 plus years!"

"It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of families. The landscaping is well maintained. There are a couple small parks in the area."
