"Hollywood is pretty dangerous and dirty but there are pockets in the surrounding areas. Three blocks any direction can make a huge difference. Join your neighborhood app group. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. Love Farmers Market and the Grove. Restaurants on 3rd and Melrose are also great. Overall very walkable unlike other neighborhoods in LA where you are almost all the time dependent on your car. "
