"its in the desert smack dab downtown almost and close to the airport. its equidistant to almost all outskirts of the valley. its is located by everything that you dont need to travel far. This area is getting renovated and remodeling a lot of houses."

"having to pick up their dog poop and dogs just running without a leash but they will like to have a dog play round and toys for pets or bathroom spot for dogs and somewhere where the dogs can drink water and rest at. "

"Everyone is so friendly and neighbors are awesome there’s so many great things about living in central Phoenix. We all are really nice people we just have so many good neighbors. Everyone watch watches for each other nobody uses profanity on the streets is just so great to live in downtown Phoenix restaurants are always gree with service there is no issues with any restaurants at all. Parts are very clean and we are so close to hiking trails and biking routes"

"Lots of long-time families live here. Even though the area isn't that safe, the neighbors at least try to maintain the street and notify one another of packaging. Really good people live in this area and try their best to keep things nice."

"I don’t know why I got this survey. Although I had a friend that lived in the neighborhood and loved it and enjoyed visiting. Love the dog park and the bars and restaurants nearby. I live nearby but would love to live in the area if given the opportunity. "

"Golfing today was good nice trees good vibes great sun. Easy access to Highway. Stores parks and recreation food and pharmacy. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a place to live. "

"Encanto is a good neighborhood for diversity in lifestyle and amenities. There is a lot of parks and shopping centers nearby. An assortment of restaurants are nearby too. The cost of living is not extremely high. Just a good, solid place to live overall"
