"I have 3 little kids and I can say that it’s a great safe community with activities for all family for free. It’s difficult to have a better Location next to 202 and Us60 paying Mesa property taxes but using the Gilbert school system "

"there is a school near by, there is 24 hours mobile security all of which are off duty cops. there is a police substation near by as well. therw is no crime in there area."

"If your looking for a great community close to shopping, Freeways and lots of future growth, this is the place to be. There are great schools in the area that have lots of community support. I would recommend this area to any of my clients that are looking for the things this community has to offer. "
