"It's a nice, friendly neighborhood and maintained well. The HOA takes care of the front yards, trims trees, paints units, and more. Shopping stores are convenient on that side of town, close to the mall and access to I-40. Grocery store is less than a mile or just over a mile depending which one you want to go to. Trees are mature giving wonderful shade in summer. Walk to Bushmaster Park for fun or quiet time. This park has so many things for all ages which is really nice! Trail walk, dog park, tennis, basketball, skateboard, picnic tables, little kids area with playground equipment, older kids area, restrooms, BBQ areas, and more. Very well maintained by the city! Great neighborhood and great neighbors makes living here so pleasant! Enjoy easy living with little maintenance work so you can get out and hike, ski, bike, or just sightsee beautiful Northern Arizona. Grand Canyon is an easy drive."
