Laurel Run is a borough in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Laurel Run is the site of the Laurel Run mine fire, which started in the Red Ash mine in 1915, and burned underground until 1973.
Laurel Run is home to a wide variety of trees and plants, which allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature in the spring, summer, and fall.
You won't see a lot of houses for sale in Laurel Run, mostly because very few people ever move away once they have spent time living here. This is kind of a fun area, because many of the people who live here are single and like to hang out together and go places.
