"Lived here for almost a year. I like it but for as much as we pay you’d think they would treat the roads in our neighborhood when it snows or pick up the trash. All in all I feel safe but for as much as way pay it could be maintained better......................................"

"It’s a quite bedroom community on the northern edge of Wichita. Homes start from 125,000 and go up to about 800,000. There is a higher level of education and professional occupations in Bel Aire. Crime is very low with local police presence. "
