Read what parents are saying about Lincoln High SchoolI'm a current sophomore and this is a pretty great school, in my opinion. There are numerous (about 100) different student clubs, organizations, and sports for all different walks of life. The teachers genuinely care for their students, and they are usually pretty flexible with due dates and are happy to help you out after/before school, during study halls, RPT, etc. There are SO, so many different classes. There are also many different career-readiness activities such as field trips to colleges, guest speakers, presentations every Monday, Xello, and many, many more. Safety is one of the top priorities as well. The student body is awesome as well; bullying is not as common at this school as you would see with others - there's a pretty popular Cool 2 Be Kind club too! The student-to-staff ratio is about 18:1 which is pretty good. Unfortunately, there aren't as many accelerated/honors classes available as in some other schools, and the GPA is unweighted; however, there are still some pretty decent opportunities. Overall, the school is super great in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Posted by a student on 11/4/2022Lincoln High school is all about social status rather then the well-being of their students. The administration of the school are making the matters worse. They are teaching students the imprortance of having a high social status and if you dont fit in the persona you wont get far in highschool. I am a former student and I witnessed this first hand.
Posted by a community member on 8/28/2022I think this school is more about kicking kids out of it may it be for 1st offenses in behavior, or trying to get kids to leave if there grades are not up to standard level. this school has defiantly went down hill, and here is a simple solution it worked when i was a kid. more adult presence in the hallway because if you think their fancy cameras in the hall ways stop kids they are wrong. Half the stuff that goes wrong is because Principle and VP"s are in the office go in the hallway. Kids don't care about your cameras.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is HORRIBLE for students with special needs. They go out of their way to deny services that are needed for students and the special education staff seem to present as though they know more about special needs then specialists in the field of the child's diagnosis. When the parent does not go right along with the school on what they say they start giving veiled threats to the parents. They also do absolutely nothing about the bullying at the school and instead punish the student being bullied instead. They have instituted a "policy" that does not allow parents to even enter the school building all under the guise of "safety" when it seems more like so parents can not witness the wrong doings and bullying that is rampant in the school. If you have a special needs child RUN away from this horrible school as fast as you can.Parent Review7y ago - Assumption Middle School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love Immanuel Lutheran School! I love the fact that my children can learn academically and still keep God at the center of it all...as it should be. The feeling at Immanuel is that of a second family. Families are involved in many events and activities at Immanuel which allows parent/family participation and reinforces the relationship between parents and their children, which can be very important as the kids reach the middle-school years. It also keeps us connected to what's going on at school, keeping us in the loop. We really enjoy the environment at Immanuel and my kids are learning a lot!Parent Review9y ago - St Pauls Evangelical Lutheran School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethe foundation at St. Paul's is in keeping with God's word and yet St. Paul's still excels acedemically in all subjects. the staff encourages communication and includes parents in all aspects of the school day. They are there to answer questions and keep in touch with you even when all is well!Parent Review13y ago
