Lowell Elementary School

I move from Fl and this school is amazing for my autistic son . He receive the IEP so fast in Fl never call me for the IEP meeting... The faculty and director is so amazing.

This school was a nightmare for my children and had an immensely negative impact on their learning. Relentless bullying from key students that the school refused to ever address, but bullying toward my kids from parent volunteers, plus some key teachers. This school is racist, has no space for learning differences. They reward bullies while ignoring IEP’s. Having been a teacher for 20 years now I have never experienced such a toxic, cruel community. If you can possibly avoid this school, please do.

This school caters to the new Spanish students, the classes are too large and this creates chaos and makes it hard for students who require more one on one attention, it's also bad for kids who are more quiet and sensitive and don't like loud and crazy environments.

Trinity Lutheran School has been a wonderful place for our family. The teachers truly know the students and care about them as whole people, not just as learners. I love that my students are able to see their teachers in worship on Sunday and at our church/school events.At this time, I don't think Trinity has the resources to handle students with extreme special needs. It's just too small. However, the size can be a blessing for some families because it is easy to feel connected if you get involved. In the classroom, my children are encouraged and known by name and truly feels loved by his teachers.

We became members of Mt. Calvary 30 years ago and have been members ever since. Things change but not the Christian education the children receive yet today. My son has grown to be a God loving married man unabashed and confident with a Masters degree in business. My daughter is a special angel. Her love for God and her gift of love and compassion led her to obtain her Doctorate degree of Occupational Therapy where she works with special need children to live a fulfilling life. Pre-K through 8 are the foundational years. Armed with foundational Christian guiding principles, Mt. Calvary’s staff and pastors excel WITH PARENTS to provide youth with a foundational education based on God’s love for us. For us, being involved in the church and school wasn’t an option, it was a blessing. You only have one shot at raising your children. We were blessed to have been members of Mt Calvary Church and School. Thank you God.
