This is a toxic and unstable environment for developing students and educators. Racism is prevalent. Diversity is space. This school district is not inclusive or welcoming. The teacher turnover rates are concerning...... Why do so many teachers leave so quickly after starting?

There have been no confrontations and in fact any question or feedback I have been given has been addressed. The real feedback comes from my daughter, who used to cry about going to school and was failing
