7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is absolutely wonderful. We have attended Madison the past 7 years and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is kind, nurturing, flexible and beyond compassionate with all students. These educators truly love your child and go above and beyond to ensure their educational experience is a success. As well, the school has a ton of diversity and it's been heartwarming to see kid embrace it and learn from one another as they grow each year. Not to mention how accepting the staff is and how they ensure ALL kids feel safe and welcomed.Parent Review3y ago2 Reviews - Mcdill Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWashington Elementary lacks discipline and it caused a safety issue for my child. Another student had been causing issues for 3 years straight by using vulgar language and screaming at both teachers and students, throwing chairs, punching doors and lockers, and breaking glass. It was addressed with the school multiple times by multiple parents and it seemed like nothing changed. This student was not a special needs student and was fully aware of her actions. According to the school, they were taking “appropriate action”. The last straw for our family was when 2 incidents took place within 7 days where my child was the victim of this violence. My child, who generally loves school, was fearful to go to school. A police report was filed and the school district’s resource officer was supposed to contact me but NEVER did. I had enough and pulled my child from this school and this school district before my child ended up getting seriously hurt. If this school and the district don’t get discipline and safety under control, they could be facing seriously legal action down the road if this violent behavior continues to happen.Parent Review2y ago3 Reviews - McKinley Center School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter attended Bannach elementary school from K to 6th grade. Her teachers were kind, talented and (frankly) exceptional. She participated in “the Battle of the Books” and won thanks to Mrs. Konkel and other outstanding teachers. She graduated top 10% of her high school class and went on to a full scholarship at one of the United States Military Academies. If your family is lucky enough to live in the Bannach school district, you are very fortunate indeed.Parent Review4y ago4 Reviews - St Paul Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had the opportunity to work at Pacelli High School (as a substitute teacher) in a variety of classes and with a variety of students. With over thirty years of teaching experience in public education I was simply amazed with the teaching and learning environment Pacelli has to offer. In every class the students are respectful and are on task. There are systems in place for those students that struggle and teachers are always willing to help those that need assistance as well as motivate students to learn. Personal accountability for behavior and academic success are emphasized. There are no bells and students report to class on time, tardiness does not seem to be an issue. Student involvement in sports, community service and religious worship are all wonderful positive attributes of this school. The staff goes above and beyond to provide opportunities for each student to grow, learn and thrive. I also want to acknowledge the administrative staff and the principal of Pacelli High School for their leadership and support.Parent Review3y ago7 Reviews
