Read what parents are saying about Case High SchoolI feel the staff at this school is amazing. They are so supportive of the students and helpful with new parents. If there is an issue they deal with it swiftly. They are always welcoming.
Posted by a parent on 8/9/2023Percentage rating for high school graduates are high. Counselors and teachers care about their students.
Posted by a parent on 6/7/2015Accountability is the standard that we as adults are held to, Accountability for bad behavior is what is missing within ALL of Racine Unified Schools. It is the single biggest reason RUSD scores so low when compared state wide with other districts, 5th from the bottom of 400 + districts.......ok maybe 7th......sorry.....The point is that the RUSD board has their heads buried in the sand and the parents of the students involved want to blame everyone other than their kid or themselves.........and Hence the kids learn from the top that there is no Accountability.
Posted by a parent on 2/20/2015The new principal Mr.Eben has inspired changes in the overall culture of the school. It's no longer run as a prison. The staff and students are responding. There is only so much though that staff and teachers can do when students come ill prepared from junior high. If your kid is on the right path they will get a good (not great) education. If you want great you'll have to move out to areas such as Muskego, East Troy ETC. But if you must go public and in Racine... Case HS is the preferred choice. Until Eben leaves...then it could all go back to poorly run. Amazing what one leader can do with a staff when given the opportunity.
Posted by a parent on 6/30/2013The quality of teaching at Case is EXCELLENT. We moved here from out of state last year where we spent several years in a top notch school district....the teachers compare favorably. The issue and challenge is the enviornment in which they must teach. The teachers challenge there is that they must teach an econiomically diverse group of teens. Some parents are involved, some are not and that certianly affects the quality of education the child receives. I would also wish that the discipline be more strict and immediate. There is too much tolerance of disrespectful behaviour because the rules allow for it.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has had a wonderful time here, from Kindergarten to 5th grade. The teachers she's had have been open and nurturing. Some were even easy to follow throughout the day with their online programs. From learning to play the violin, to really cool field trips, and the fun after school events (Mad Scientist is her favorite), the school offers more than just reading, writing, and arithmetic. Don't let the school rating from this site discourage you. The parent-teacher connection here is strong and my daughter leaves this school with an "A" average and an amazing outlook on her education ahead. P.S. breakfast and lunch is free for all students.Parent Review6y ago - West Ridge Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is nice and I've only have good things to say about all the teachers my kids have had but they both have mentioned being bullied throughout the years. Talking with other parents the bullying seems to be the biggest concern with them as wellParent Review3y ago - Renaissance School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWords cannot describe all the incredible opportunities that Renaissance Lutheran offers to not only go above & beyond to shape and challenge the minds of the scholars... but also shape their hearts as well with Character Building and sharing the love, hope, & word of Jesus. Renaissance values not only hitting crucial benchmarks in education, but showing scholars RISE UP: Respect*Integrity*Service*Empathy*Unity*and Perseverance each and everyday & this is something that is rare and unique about this school. At the end of the week scholars are celebrated for their hard work & efforts to go above and beyond to be leaders. Renaissance involves a comprehensive approach that includes a robust curriculum, dedicated staff, and partnership with parents. Scholars are awarded weekly with other awards as well such as "Math Student of the Week, Reader of the Week, etc" and builds positive reinforcement in the importance of education and being a good person. There is not enough characters to show all the unique opportunities Renaissance has to offer but some amazing ones ongoing and to come include:*Middle School is apart of "Project Lead the Way" that offers students to thrive in an evolving world. PLTW empowers students to develop and apply in-demand, transportable skills by exploring real-world challenges. Through our pathways in computer science, engineering, and biomedical science, students not only learn technical skills, but also learn to solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate, and collaborate. *Second, Third, and Fourth grade are in SHARP Literacy Workshops on water cycle and made a water cycle diagram. Scholars talk about community and made abstract self-portraits. Scholars talked about Wisconsin geography and made their own unique Wisconsin Maps that encompassed what they love about Wisconsin.*Fourth Grade was hand selected in the "Mad Hat Dance Program" through "Dance Works" and work weekly on Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin, and other contemporary styles & are working on an incredible routine which they will compete against 22 other schools in the Milwaukee at the end of the year.*Fourth grade is attending and Pre and Post Workshop with the actors of a play they will be seeing in Milwaukee for the novel they are reading "The Watsons go to Birmingham.*All scholars have Faith Class which is deep rooted in the word and faith of God. Not only are they exposed during faith class but every morning in Assembly.Teacher Review2y ago - Concordia Lutheran School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family was attending this school for 5 years before leaving due to a rude and disrespectful staff member. The school was good and all but that one staff member Karli Luchterhand was very rude and disrespectful toward my whole family.Parent Review1y ago - Rusd Montessori
