The ladies in the office, especially Kim are extremely incompetent, rude, and not trustworthy. And when you try to make any kind of compliance, it gets nowhere where the principal doesn’t reach out and ignores his emails. This makes me feel like my kids are not valued or staying at the school because they’re not able to address issues that are happening. I’ve never had a school that doesn’t take a parent complaint seriously.
