Read what parents are saying about Heritage Elementary SchoolThis school was awful! Go to Dickinson or altmeyer. Both of them have great leadership and staff. Heritage lacks in sooo many areas.
Posted by a parent on 5/15/2018My child is of mixed ancestry, has a typical American name, and looks like a typical American child. However as soon as staff noticed that our family wasn't completely white, things changed. Now my child has been singled out, sitting on the other side of the room away from the rest the class. Of course the staff says its because of behavior issues. although I pickup my child every day from school and see all children doing the very same things he gets in trouble for, swinging around, running, chasing and playing with other kids, only difference is, he gets sent to the deans office while the others just get to be kids.. To the best of my knowledge, Heritage Elelmentary has a 100% Caucasian teaching staff...Makes me wonder what "Heritage" they are promoting

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son loves his school. He even says it, as we pass the school in our car! There are many activities outside of the school day that we have had the opportunity to participate in, such as Holiday craft night, Math night, Party-Gras event, and school/family bowling events. The teachers go above and beyond to make your child's experience a positive one. In addition the principal of Langlade Elementary is very positive, calm person, and that feeling travels through the school. I would not hesitate to encourage other families to check out Langlade. Their test scores are very good, too! Lastly, I'd like to say that diversity is an important factor for me.
