Read what parents are saying about Columbus Middle SchoolThe school it self is okay they don't do much about bullying and they do no action just talk they don't care about mental health and honestly I would never go there if I had the choice
Posted by a student on 7/9/2023One of the worst experiences we have ever had at a school. It was just so sad.
Posted by a parent on 2/29/2020I would rate this school 2/10. The principal is awesome
Posted by a parent on 8/18/2018I would rate my experience here a low 3/10. I learned a couple things, but the way I learned them should have been better, as should the journey of middle school here. Also, I no longer go to this school district for high school.
Posted by a community member on 7/7/2018This whole district needs to be terminated and replaced with teachers with at least a high school education. Waste of tax payer dollars kids only play and watch movies all day. Never have home work teach at kindergarden level.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageColumbus elementary has been recently renovated and expanded. My children attended prior to the updates, but received an excellent education from a caring and dedicated staff. The school offers an in-house charter school program with a focus on hands on learning.Parent Review1y ago - St Jerome School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe transferred to the Columbus area and although we had been fine with the school our children had been attending I am very excited to see how my children are thriving at Zion. The curriculum is well planned out, the teachers are prepared for their lessons, and the children are truly challenged in their school work but given the additional help and support they might need in areas they struggle. The school is accredited and strives to meet and exceed the standards set out to achieve accreditation. It is easy to be able to access faculty and staff to talk about any concerns that arise. The amount of extracurricular activities for a small school are great with a variety of sports, music and forensics. There is also a great sense of community among the students as the students in older grades are paired with a small group of students, or "buddies, from the younger grades for weekly activities. It makes it a lot less scary for the little kids to have to walk through the halls with the big kids, because they've developed relationships with their older buddies. Students are taught and encouraged to do their work and activities to the best of their God-given abilities whether at school, home or in our community. We feel very blessed to have the Christian education offered at Zion.Parent Review7y ago
