Read what parents are saying about St Dominic Elementary SchoolSt. Dominic Catholic School has been a truly wonderful place for our children to begin their education! We were impressed with the attention and care given to each student, as well as the high level of education that St. Dominic's consistently delivers. What stuck out when looking into schools for our children was that students that attend St. Dominic's regularly test 2 years ahead of current grades in MAP scores. We love that this school offers a variety of extracurricular programs, as well as STEM-like-specific programming. Most importantly, the community at St. Dominic Catholic School feels like one big family! We couldn't ask for a better environment for our children!
Posted by a parent on 1/19/2023St. Dominic Catholic School is an outstanding K3-8th Grade school that will prepare your child academically for high school and provide them with a strong faith filled base as they embark into high school. There are multiple extracurricular activities as well as athletic teams to be a part of. We feel so blessed to be a part of this amazing community.
Posted by a parent on 1/16/2023We have been a St. Dominic family for 7+ years. We truly appreciate that our children are challenged daily to grow academically, morally, and spiritually. The school thrives on parental involvement, particularly in extracurriculars and other volunteer roles, and there is a real sense of community among the families there. The school is relatively large by private school standards, with almost 400 students in K3-8. We feel that size creates opportunities that smaller schools cannot provide, while still being small enough that it is not overwhelming as a student or parent.
Posted by a parent on 1/3/2023A really good alternative for those families looking to get away from some of the questionable teachings in the local public schools.
Posted by a parent on 12/14/2022Having moved to Wisconsin with no family within 500 miles, St. Dominic became that missing link. Not only are they very highly ranked academically, they also welcomed us with open arms and have continued to impress with their level of genuine care and respect for every child, parent, and relative. We have had 5 wonderful years at the school and look forward to many more. Thank you for all you do for your Knights!

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to get bullied at this school me and my mom had reported this to many adults and alll that was done about it was the kid was told to stop which always made the issue worse and then once i finally tried to do something about it myself i got punishments like suspensions and detention for self defense. They never even bothered to try to hear my side of the story and always sided with other kids. To this day this still happens my brother gets bullied here and they have done nothing. Any higher up people at this school who may be reading this if you dont fix this issue its your fault when my brother fights back and breaks a kids nose.Other Review6mo ago - Dixon Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son goes to kindergarten here and he loves it. They get 2 recesses every day, music and art every week, and use iPads to help teach math - which has been very effective for my son. The PTO puts on great events. Communication via e-mail has been very good and the use of Shutterfly to share events and photos is really cool. Great facility and great people.Parent Review7y ago - St. John Vianney School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI didn’t not expect the power of a strong community and the impact that would have on our family and my children’s education. I’m grateful to know the families so well and have created life long friendships for our kids and family. Academically, the school is constantly evaluating itself and looking for ways to build a stronger education. The early education and primary teachers have been so strong and I’m looking forward to experiencing the new project lead the way middle school program in the coming years as well as the partnership of Catholic Memorial High school to help prepare our kids for high school. Thank you for setting the bar high and continuing to raise it, SJV!Parent Review1y ago - Amy Montessori School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had two children go through the preK program at AMS and have absolutely loved it. The use of stations and mixture of group and self-guided learning allowed both of our children to excel. The staff is kind and well versed on child development. We plan on enrolling our third child as soon as he is of age to reap the many benefits of AMS and its excellent staff.Parent Review7y ago - Christ The Lord Lutheran School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNearly eight years ago, my husband and I were searching for a school that would meet our child where he was at emotionally and help him grow academically. We found Brookfield Christian School (BCS) and were excited to enroll our child as soon as possible. We started in the 3K program, but weren't sure how long we would stay. We soon learned that God had not only led us to the school we were searching for, but He graciously brought us into an awesome community of teachers, leaders, and caring families that love the Lord and each other. The learning environment is thriving, the school is growing, the teachers are top-notch. We love BCS! Our child is in fifth grade now and is growing spiritually and academically every day. We already get sad when we think about graduation from 8th grade and the next day without BCS. Take a tour today of BCS--you won't regret it! It's one of the best decisions we've made for our child.Parent Review3mo ago - Brookfield Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy third grader has been coming home with hours of homework, has to prepare for exams, and has honestly developed anxiety about school. The environment amongst families is fake nice because everyone is competing with each other. In my honest opinion, there is nothing happening here that constitutes the exorbitant tuition. We cannot wait to be done at the end of this school year.Parent Review2mo ago
