East elementary has many unkind people scattered throughout its staff. The culture can be toxic and I would not recommend having a student enrolled there.

We hoped to send our child to a great school but instead we got one of the worst schools ever. The teachers seems not to care at all about providing the students with god education. Also, the principal looked like he is not too concerned of what is going on at the school. Horrible experience.
