This is a terrible school. The staff are rude. The principal is not approachable. My kids are bullied a lot. There is never follow up.

We did have one teacher incident but we went directly to the principal, vice principal, counselor and they were immediately responsive and took quick action to rectify the situation. Our child is struggling with ADHD and it is early on with diagnosis but the staff has gone above and beyond to help our child and our family. I am so impressed with the staff and how loving and attentive they have been. The school is very family oriented and very focused on the well being of the kids. I love the overall feeling when you walk in the school its very warm and inviting. This is our second year and we love Collins elementary. The diversity is great here. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAmazing!!! Principle is old school and I love it, the way he runs his school is wonderful and I absolutely will keep my child here! We came from Zeiger and Im very happy we did, my child is going to keep thriving here. The assembly I went to where my little one got an award, I was blown away with how well behaved all the students were! And they actually give out awards to students, let parents know and then make the kids feel wonderful! This school is at capacity now, let that tell you how wonderful it is, the stats for diversity here is the best I've seen in any elementary around, it is so diverse and that itself will create a great environment. 10/10!!Parent Review1y ago
