The next year, was even better. COVID-19 happened and distance learning became the new thing, but teachers were open, honest, and communicative about the situation. As we start the next year distance learning, things were a tough start but they are committed to my kids.
Posted by a parent on 9/13/2020Shining Mountain and the entire bethel school district is one of the worst I have ever seen. In the 5 years of schooling here my children have had 1 great teacher a couple descent teachers and 1 very poor teacher! Bullying has been a constant issue. They have been on lock down more this year than anyone should ever be in their entire school career. I would strongly recommend staying away from the entire Bethel school district!

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son had Mrs Dilley last year for preschool. He has zero interest in writing or trying new foods. She changed all of that! Would have loved to continue on with his education but I would have had to win the lottery. The school offered tuition assistance but I didn't feel right to take away an opportunity from another family that has multiple kids at the school. I really wish they could find a way to lower the cost. It was a second home for us. Public school here is terrible so I may have to hone school. If your looking at the other elementy school down the street. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. Google the school and the year 2008. Hands down this is the best school in the area. Especially if your child has allergic reactions.Other Review8y ago
