5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had a wonderful experience with Jason Lee Elementary. The staff that I have interacted with are very kind and caring to my children. I have 3+ children who attend Jason Lee Elementary in all various grades and each teacher has been spectacular. I choose to be as involved as I can by serving on the PTA and volunteering for as many of the field trips or activities each grade has and I have found that the sense of community amongst JLE students and staff is strong. I have children at all levels educational wise - some who need additional assistance with the curriculum and others who exceed expectations. And no matter the level, my kids needs have been met. With regards to teachers, I understand that not all personalities mesh well and there has been a couple instances over the years where I could see that a teacher's personality did not mesh with what I wanted for my children. Not that the educator was lacking in skill, education or understanding but simply that I know my child and know that there are instances of good, better and best for that particular child. I would then voice my concerns to their current teacher and ask that when placements were made, to advocate for my child as their own and recommend a placement that would be best for the child and not just be placed at random. When I am able to communicate, I find that my children are placed appropriately and with who fits them best. I have been extremely pleased with all but one of my children's teachers (and the one teacher I didn't care for is no longer there). They have all been very caring, respectful and encouraging to my children which has made each year wonderful. My kids can't wait to go back to school each year and I know it is due to the great teachers and staff. We have recently made the switch from Class Dojo to Parent Square (two years ago) and I believe it was for the best. Communication is easier and I feel like I am well informed. Behavior Support: One of my children needed extra attention in this department and the VP and councilors did an excellent job at keeping me informed of my child's behavior and the steps to help get my child on a better path. My child never felt belittled and was always given respect. Between the staff at school and extra home reinforcement, my child has made huge strides to be a better student, friend and member of the community. I have really valued the way staff handled my child. I would definitely recommend Jason Lee!Parent Review2y ago3 Reviews - Jefferson Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe cannot say enough wonderful things about Christ the King School! It truly feels like more than a school. From the moment you become part of the community, you can feel the genuine care and support from the teachers, staff, families, and students. The education our 3 children receive is exceptional. The school does such a wonderful job of helping children thrive academically while also developing them into well-rounded, respectful, kind, and confident individuals. Our children are challenged to grow in all areas, and we have been so impressed by not only their academic growth but also the emphasis on character, responsibility, and kindness. The teachers are truly special. They are kind, compassionate, dedicated, and passionate about teaching. It is clear that they genuinely care about their students and want each child to succeed. The staff creates an environment where children feel known, supported, encouraged, and valued. One of the things we appreciate most about Christ the King is the incredible sense of community. Families come together, students support one another, and there is a strong feeling that everyone is invested in helping the children succeed. It is a place where friendships are built, families connect, and children are surrounded by positive role models. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the Christ the King community. If you are looking for a school that provides an excellent education while nurturing the whole child and creating a true sense of belonging, we wholeheartedly recommend Christ the King School!Parent Review1mo ago10 Reviews - Liberty Christian School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I was a student there, and in my 4th grade year,I was bullied for playing animal games with my friends like normal children do,and it got so bad to the point where I was constantly losing control during class, getting set to the principals office almost daily, and when I tried to stand up for myself,I was told I was 'overreacting' and that I was the problem for playing games with friends, later in 5th grade getting broken up with my friend group and getting bullied even more and my secrets shared,I went to admin multiple times for a report, they said they'd look into it,but they never did, shame on the school for overlooking the bullying like it was a useless topic, they claim to want to stop bullying, but instead they overlook it.absolutly discusting behavior, teachers also bully their students already being bullied.Other Review3mo ago7 Reviews
