We’ve only been with the school district for a year but have been pleasantly surprised. They have always encouraged and remained optimistic with learning goals. I feel like they have given full attention for my kiddo and have helped her progress in areas that were lacking just a few months ago.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had 2 of my kids go to Livingston. My oldest was in Hi-Cap, he was challenged and now he continues to be in Hi-Cap in middle school. My daughter has had an IEP since 2nd grade, I had voiced my concerns regarding her being behind. I will say I felt her 1st grade teacher was not very understanding and just judged her as lazy but out of all the teachers that is the only one I had an issue, all the other teachers my kids have had have been wonderful! 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible. I believe some teachers at this school should not be around children. My son was traumatized by his second grade teacher and others. He was called stupid, threaten, sent to the principals office to scare him when he did nothing, recorded as he struggled to read (he’s dyslexic), was forced to wear reading glasses as the teacher read from a book (he did not have a book in front of him), he was made fun of for the content of his backpack after the teacher forced him to empty it (without cause), I could go on.Parent Review5y ago - Kingspoint Christian School
