Beachwood Elementary School

My son LOVES Tillicum, his teacher, and most especially Addy. They have been above and beyond when it comes to not only his academic growth, but our home situation as well. The staff here has gone above and beyond for my son and myself, and out of his *few* years in school, this team is by far our favorite.

Administration and staff have poor communication for services for special education students.

When I went to the school I was 8 years old now I am 18 and the teachers and staff both said to my mother to her face that I was too stupid to teach,and I was bullied by teachers and staff and when ever I did something I was supposed to do i was called out for being too stupid for it and I have very bad ptsd because of the school

When I was there in 2016 for my prek and kindergarten the teachers were actually caring and not making everything about themselves and teaching it properly so the a students can remember it and use it. Would recommend this school.

Chloe Clark provides a fantastic educational environment for my children. The administration, teachers, and staff truly care for each and every student in the school, taking the time to get to know each student. Chloe Clark provides a safe and fun learning environment while delivering top notch education.

we have been attending Lakewood Lutheran for three years and love this school and the teachers and volunteers. My kids never want to leave and have made wonderful friends here. I like that there are so many opportunities to volunteer and be part of the school. We appreciate how easy it is to communicate with the teachers and feel like they really care about our children success and overall happiness.

This school just keeps disappointing me. They really aren't there to protect your kids, they care more about the staff then anything. I've seen staff shove kids at this school and reported it, but nothing got done. But once you bark at that specific staff member you are a problem and they threaten to kick you off campas and trespass you. It's ridiculous, the crap this staff gets away with and they don't punish the staff, the kids get punished because the staff gets away with it. OH and they DO NOT know how to handle children with mental disabilities, I'm getting calls EVERY DAY from them because my child did something, they always want me to come fix it. Or they complain the next day to me that she did something, I have straight up given up on this place. I would pull my kid out if she wasn't so good with her current teacher and I know a change would upset and cause more issues.

my little brother loves this school and has made countless friends and will always come home with good stories and positive things to say about this fantastic place to learn even though he has only been here for one year.
