The school preaches very anti-bullying but when issues arise things are not always dealt with the way that they should be. Teacher turnover is high and it is the oldest building in the school distric

For the first time, he's actually excited to get up and go to school. I'll have to see how he does academically as he came in way behind in the first place, but I also have to consider that he does have a learning disability.
