Adelaide Elementary School

Something about this school is off! They wont allow parents to enter the building or to even walk their kids to the cafeteria or class like other schools. I hope they aren’t hiding anything like trying to indoctrinate kids. I’m thinking of pulling my kid out.

This school was amazing for both my kids, besides the usual bullying. The kids can be a little on the rough side, most are from very poor families, which also allows the school to get extra funding/free programs. But the staff is amazing. They will bend over backwards & do anything to help the kids/parents, even came to my house once to help us w/ a situation (who does that?) I was very grateful to have these staff members working here, they really do care about these kids always going above & beyond.

They are teaching the children about being pansexual, transgender and non-binary. Then they teach them the made-up pronouns as they're telling the children there are more than two genders. Why are they perpetrating these lies? Why are the schools pushing propaganda and sexual topics? These teachers should be arrested for talking sexually to the students. You wouldn't let your next door neighbor talk to your children this way. These teachers should have to register as sex offenders.Then the principal, who I spoke to, lied and said they're not being taught these things.

At Green Gables we focus on teaching the whole child. We want to help children achieve their full potential as respectful, safe, productive, life-long learners that are happy and fulfilled members of their community. We work tirelessly to connect with families and become ever more culturally responsive. We love our beautifully diverse community and value family input as we believe they are the best experts on their children. We are extremely grateful for our thriving PTA that provides myriad ways for families to get involved in and support the learning in and out of the classroom. We invite families in for conferences twice every year, but are always accessible, by appointment at other times. We are always happy to share with you any curriculum and materials we are using, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. We also have a community garden and are creating a garden program, go on many field trips, have an art docent program, and many other events every year. This is a warm, open and thriving community of learners that wants to work with you to meet your and your children's needs. We can't wait to meet you and partner with you to provide your child with the best education possible.

My experience is very good, my daughter is already 6 years old at St. Vincent de Paul. The community is very kind and we help each other, I learned and my daughter also learned to help each other. The teachers are specialists in their subjects and above all I was worried when my daughter entered that school and did not know English, and until now I remember that her teacher told me not to worry, we will work with her on her English, and now my daughter is a good student.
