Due to very bad weather where we live(the school five minutes from us was closed the entire week) our kids didn't make it to school which violated the contract. The office staff is terrible they are beyond rude. However they expect to be treated with respect or they will give the kids a day slip. Kids are not watched over properly at recess or at dismissal.
