My son loved this school because of the curriculum. He said math was interesting every day and he has been happy to go there.

Posted by a student on 6/24/2019Get in the Advance Placement Classes for 9th & 10th grade & then get out as fast as you can to the Running Start program at Highline CC for 11th & 12th grade. If you can take this path you have a chance of making it. If you stay in the low level classes for 4 years at Mount Rainier

Her reading and math skills have improved tremendously and the school has a great local community spirit. The PTSA is very engaged and provides free school supplies for ALL children. My daughter loves the breakfast/lunch options, and feels safe and welcome at her school. We receive consistent communication from her teacher, and I appreciate that the school also has had free community field trips to places like the Point Defiance Zoo, the ballet, and state parks for hikes.
