Jenkins Senior High School

Honestly, this school ain’t bad for the rural experience. The other reviewers were calling out mr Anderson, who is a great principal that is really trying to do his best. As for the academics, they offer College in the Classroom and Running Start, so I am going to graduate high school with an AA degree. All in all, Jenkins really is a good small-town school with lots of wonderful people.Go Cougs!

I've been to 9 schools over the course of my life. I could name everyone and what I hated and what I loved them for. But this? This is by far the only school I've been to where I can't even say anything positive about it. As a rural school you shouldn't have high expectations, and trust me I didn't. But my god in heaven this was by far one of the worse experiences i've had since 3rd grade at Spokane Christian Academy. Immature students, disrespectful staff and a principal who could care less about you. I was severely bullied and I still am at this school. Last year it was pictures of my face being posted without my consent onto Instagram, this year, it's discrimination and degradation for who I am as a person. It is downright ridiculous that i'm being put through this and no one seems to even care.

As long as the secretary works at this school, DO NOT, I repeat do not put your children in this school. She discriminates, laughs in your face when you try to talk, and doesn’t have any customer service skills at all. Spoke to other parents around here and they tell me the same exact thing about her. It’s sad to see someone like that work in a school around children. None of my children will ever go to that school. They have had a better experience in Spokane than they ever have at one of these schools! Once my kids are done at Gess, they will immediately be home schooled or moved to a different school. I refuse to put my children in such a toxic and unhealthy school.

Terrible, It is honestly horrible especially the lying bastard that is known as the "principal" I have no clue if everything I wrote out is going to go through but in conclusion everything I wrote can be translated to please don't put your kids in this school, try valley's Padeia school or heck even homeschool.

Run, run as fast as you can! I have two children currently attending this high school. The achadimics are substandered and the teachers abilities to teach are worse. I don't feel that my children's needs are being met. I know my children are not going to be able to advance to a continued education or trade school if they continue here. IEP's were not followed all year, we will have to take online programs to reclaim lost credits. Teachers are hired to be coaches but the athletics suck! We are seeking a variance to attend Mead. The commute will be worth it.
