8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible school. They have the worst communication with families. They use ParentVue to communicate about everything. You will get 100 post about things you don’t care about and zero posts about things like yearbooks and bell schedule changed, you know important things. Office staff are rude. I once tried to bring snacks to my kid’s class and the office lady wouldn’t even let me sign in to take them to class. These were snacks the teacher asked for and here’s the office staff gatekeeping me out of the classroom. It’s clear the school is out of money from the dirty carpet, hazardous parking lot full of pot holes, and lack of creative art. Classrooms are full of kids who bully other children. Teachers can’t control their students or manage to send proper communications home. We should have pursued a private school.Parent Review11mo ago28 Reviews - Woodin Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been in the dual language program at Woodin for two years now, and I am always thankful we chose this school over our home school. Not only are the teachers loving, kind, respectful, patient, understanding and collaborative, they treat every child like their own. From the office staff, to the principals, they are angels. They have a lot of resources and para educators for students that need extra support, and have programs for children that require advanced education. Everyone is treated equally and the community is something you will be honored to witness and be apart of.Parent Review1y ago12 Reviews - Providence Classical Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe enrolled our son at this school hoping for a thorough whole-child education rooted in the gospel. Instead we found a largely white school where multiculturalism is not tolerated. My husband is from Eastern Asia and I am white -- a fact my child was teased about and a fact that brought judgement from admin and teachers. We have friends who are both legal immigrants from the Philippines and sent their daughter here until they attended school events and saw the lack of diversity and the intolerance towards parents of color. We withdrew our son because we felt the "love thy neighbor" aspect of the gospel is not taught here. Revelation 7:9-10 says "After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne". If we are all worshipping Christ why are multicultural children and families being discriminated against? We are all God's children, we are all Christians trying to raise our children right. The school website has been updated to say: "Modern educational trends have left these much-needed virtues behind so that ideological tolerance, multiculturalism, and freedom of choice in our culture trump truth, beauty and goodness". While truth, goodness, and beauty are deep values of my husband and I, we believe it is ok to be a multicultural family or a mixed race person. We also believe that idealogical tolerance is important. You need not agree with every person you meet but children must be taught to respect others, even if that person has not found their way to God yet. I was disappointed to learn the true colors of this school and to feel the hate from a "Christian" community who is openly against tolerating differences and tolerating folks from other cultures and skin tones. Very sad that there are kids going here, and adults teaching children about such poor values. If you are white and want your children around only white children, and are ok with your Asian, brown, black, etc., child learning their cultures are below European culture- send them here. If you want your child to be taught hatred towards those who are different, send them here. Very disappointed this school exists.Parent Review2mo ago14 Reviews - Woodinville Montessori School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe've been at Woodinville Montessori school for many years. We originally joined for pre-school but decided to stay after seeing how intelligent, engaged, and courteous the High School students were at school wide events. We've always been happy with the academic progress of our children at the school. There are National Merit scholars every year and the kids are going to top tier universities after graduation.Parent Review2mo ago9 Reviews - Woodinville Montessori School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am grateful for this full inclusion school. I think it's really important for my kid to be with everyone in their community without segregating kids with disabilities elsewhere so that everyone thrives together. I know a lot of naysayers worry about resources or it driving down academic performance, but with being full inclusion Ruby Bridges also consistently outperforms other schools academically. I also think it's really important we don't segregate hi-cap kids from their peers even if they need different academics at different points in the day because it fosters connection and empathy for those different than them.Thank you for all the staff and leadership that makes this wonderful community possible. Hopefully the rest of Northshore will more to desegregate their other schools as well so everyone can benefit.Parent Review6mo ago2 Reviews
