Read what parents are saying about Academic InstituteThe small classes offer an experience much like a tutoring session. It was very helpful for me as I have ADD and felt very stupid in public schools. After removing the distractions of so many other children and having someone there to answer questions to help me understand the curriculum, I discovered that I was actually an exceptional student. I just hadn't had the chance to experience being one. It was life-changing and bolstered my confidence to attend and complete college. Thank you!
Posted by a community member on 1/7/2021This school is very misleading. They advertise acceptance and experience with ADHD, ASD and accommodate different learning styles but this is not the case. 3/4 of the teachers want the kids to succeed and those who don’t ruin any future a student may have in this school. The students at this school are very accepting and enjoy helping peers that struggle. The staff don’t teach executive functioning skills and expect your child to sit silent in class. There is a lack of communication between staff and principal. It’s sad and discouraging for a student who struggles with acceptance and understanding to be verbally abused and directly shut down. Be wary of Charlotte. She thinks she means well but enjoys being rude and disrespectful to students and is on a power trip. If you want your child to be verbally abused, left to fend for themselves without positive support and be shamed then this is the school for your child.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHave become aware of a few teachers through the grapevine who place their politics over community and neutrality. No one is sure how to handle these few teachers other than hope to not be assigned them and grit your teeth until the year is over if you do get assigned them. Other teachers, administration, staff are wonderful.Other Review2y ago - Stevenson Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son has been going to Early World since 2022, we moved from Newport (A sister school). We LOVE every teacher we have met. Our child has experienced so much growth and has so much fun. They have a parent portal with an app, send photos throughout the day as well as letters, notifications and schedules. The office staff has been great too. They are much more friendly than Newport was. Overall our experience the past year has been 5 stars so these reviews from 8+ years ago must be from prior management because there is not a single person that is not more than happy to help!!!Parent Review9mo ago - Bellevue Children's Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI totally regret sending my kid to this school. While some of the teachers (music, art) are very good, vast majority offer downright vile toxicity to the kids and parents. We were hoping new grade, new teacher would change things - but it has gotten order of magnitude worse. Expect to be told things like "in my x years of experience, no kid behaves like this" -- right from the 2nd week of school. This is for making silly faces & such. From 6-8 year olds. Learning here is a total solo endeavor, and it is largely on parents to help their kids actually learn. The school seems like a place to go get tormented and get complaining emails from. To make it worse, parents aren't even equipped to help their kids - for instance, in their 25 page homework, they add in pages of worksheets on topics they haven't even covered in class yet. And, guess what - those pages aren't even marked as such. Parents & kids are left to their own elements wondering what to do of those.Really - avoid this school like the plague. I cannot imagine a worse and more toxic environment for little ones to deal with.Parent Review1mo ago - Americas Child Montessori

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAppalling admissions process. The staff appeared to be highly incompetent, with terrible communication between staff and parents. If they run the front of their business this poorly, i'm scared to know what corners are cut behind closed doors. There are plenty of better Montessori schools in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.Parent Review5y ago - Cedar Park Christian School - Bellevue Campus

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son has been at Cedar Park Bellevue for two years now. We really like the teachers and the small class sizes. I'm pleased that they've added a STEM program to the curriculum which I think helps to give the students additional opportunities for learning math and science. We are also lucky to have our son in the Japanese program that they have. They also offer a Spanish program, but for us Japanese works great and it's really the only Eastside school that we are aware of that offers Japanese. The Japanese teacher is new this year to the school and is doing a fantastic job. All of the teachers at Cedar Park Bellevue are top notch!Parent Review6y ago - Bel-Red Bilingual Academy
