Teachers are fine, but there's a new principal every year because nobody can deal with the chaos. Unsafe, outdated building with archaic playground. Depressing.

Had I written this review 5-6 years ago, it would have been very different. The past two principals for WES were awful. However, Jamie Kinnarney has really turned things around. He is engaged in the learning process, with the students and parents, and he makes sure the school is a safe and fun learn

This new principal is so out of touch with teaching kids. Her way of communicating is hard to understand, and I feel like she just makes things up when questioned. She acts like you are breaking in when you come to visit and her rudeness is so obvious. I just hate that my kids have to be there.

I went to this school from preschool to twelfth grade and the elementary school is fine. But the middle-high school is miserable. All the students disrespect the teachers, and they cant keep a teacher there for more than a year before they are forced to quit due to being mistreated. I can think of 6 different teachers, who were the best I ever had. But none of these teachers stayed for more than a year, and thats because they knew they are too good for this school. This place only cares about sports, and the arts are extremely under funded.I am not ashamed to say it; I hated WMHS.
