The communication between teachers and parents has been the best I have ever had at any of the schools my children have attend across the states. Administration is helpful and supportive as well. My kids really loved this school and were so sad when it was time for us to move.

It is almost impossible for a child to get out side assistance or testing. The special education is a joke. The school doesn't want to pay for any services that may cause a budget problem. Parents have to argue, plead and threaten legal action before something is done. Forget about getting meetings

A school that has a high percentage of needy children and families. This school is committed to those families but unfortunately if you are not in this population, your child/children miss out. This school has been a great experience for my son. He went to public school for K-3, but I felt like he needed something different as he was approaching 4th grade. I'm so glad we switched schools. He has made great friends with other boys who are smart, creative, and artistic. He is challenged academically, much more than he was in his other school (the local public school). The teachers are very responsive to his needs and also are great communicators. The school really values respect and a connection to nature. My son's sense of self has really blossomed.
