Posted by a parent on 1/20/2018The New Community School has been a life savor for my child and our family. Like many before us, my son struggled in school before he was diagnosed with dyslexia. Also like many, he was pushed to the side, called dumb(by teachers), called lazy(teachers) and ultimately bullied by the students with no interference from the staff. From the moment we stepped on the campus of TNCS, my child has not only merely felt the joy of being accepted, but has had the opportunity to learn and has gained his self esteem back. If education itself is the icing, self esteem is the core incredient to help the cake rise. These children cannot rise and succeed when dyslexia is swept under the rug. TNCS tackles each child’s learning difference with love and voracity. We are truly so very lucky to have this school.
Posted by a parent on 1/20/2018I am an alum of TNCS and have a current student attending as well. It is the most welcoming, supportive, and enriching environment. The teachers are truly outstanding and my daughter is thriving. I highly recommend The New Community School!

She is about to graduate from RWS this coming summer 2024 and her development, growth, learning experience and just overall day to day school life has been truly a blessing and true excellent educational opportunity.
