Posted by a teacher on 8/22/2016My daughter started Kindergarten this year at Spotswood and we loved it. Mrs Smith, her teacher, was fabulous! The kids really were put to work with the studies there and kept my daughter fully engaged the entire year. Not sure why it has a low rating but in 2015/16 year, I felt they did a great job
Posted by a parent on 6/7/2016This is my Grandson's first experience with formal schooling, he is in Kindergarden, and I must say his teachers are GREAT!!!! They are very supportive and involved in ensuring each student reaches their potential. We are very pleased with the school.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFA is a great place for students to excel in academics. Our oldest child went to FA and was very happy at that school. Our second child found a different experience students with learning or emotional struggles are not given the necessary support. students were often times very cliquish and our second child was often alienated in and out of the classroom. Many teachers did little to nothing to stop this bullying. If your child does have some emotional or learning disabilities and is an introvert, they may not find this place acceptable. For such a small school we expected more of a collaborative family atmosphere.
