Read what parents are saying about Cedar Ridge Elementary SchoolOverall, I love this school. I saw several bad reviews online that it worried me to put my son at Cedar Ridge. My son loves it. I love how he's eager and ready to get to school every morning. There's teachers in the morning ready to great each child. Makes them feel noticed and important. The way they teach and the curriculum is awesome. Makes it easy for the child to learn and understand. My son has ADHD. I love how the school is very hands on ready to help. Each class has a "safe spot" for any child who needs a break or a time to themselves for a moment. They have break times throughout the day to allow the child to get their energy out so their more able to concentrate. Teacher/parent/school communication is a must to me and they do so. Very informed of what going on with weekly notification as far as what will be taught. If your child is within Cedar Ridge area for schooling, don't listen to a lot of the bad reviews, Cedar Ridge is really a great school!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is 6-years -old and he still cannot read a word. He was diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and other psychotic disorder. The school does not recognize these problems and refuses to give him special-ed. They do not know the meaning of "not one child left behind." Also, to pick up your children in the afternoon is a joke! I would never recommend this school to anyone.Parent Review10y ago - Lake Air Montessori School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethis school never gives out homework to students, so how can you help your child with what they struggle in if there is no work coming home to help build up their weak areas..I have been arguing this point for 5 years and still haven't seen better results..I don't know how they got this 5 star rating because it is mind boggling and especially when a substitute teacher had the nerves to call my son dumb and stupid in front of other students.. When I asked that this particular teacher never be let back to discourage other students I was told that that she would never step foot back onto the campus, but yet she was back the following year.. Yeah great job providents heights.. Not to mention the constant bullying that my son has endured during his tenure there..Parent Review10y ago - Brook Avenue Elementary School
