Read what parents are saying about Rowland ElAwful school, one of the worst to deal with. Terrible office staff, very rude and unprofessional. Fails to accommodate special needs kids, the main goal is to get them out of any extra help the student needs. Teacher said and I quote "If the student fails, then they fails" when asked about assistance and then offered no exta help very early in the school year. They make everything as difficult as possible for parents

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have dealt with nothing but disrespectful and condescending staff. The staff run that school like a prison, especially at lunch time. The children are given scant time for socializing and relaxing to eat lunch with their friends, always with teachers marching up and down the aisles with a judging and watchful eye barking down at the children. Children have to sit facing one direction and not allowed to turn around to talk. If any child messes up they are sent to "reflection time" where they are banished to eat alone. Tattling on friends/students is highly encouraged. My child has had such a hard time in this school due to inconsistent, subpar teaching. Many times we have had to take homework assignments back to the teacher for incorrect grammar, unclear directions and a lot of the time the question won't even have a correct answer bank! I am taking my child out to homeschool because they are way better off at home than at this prison of a school. This school very clearly only cares about the money they recieve. This is by far the absolutely worst school in this district. If you are thinking about sending your child to this school--don't do it!! Trust me you will regret it!Parent Review9y ago - Martin De Leon Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSadly, high expectations were not met at this school. This was once a very good school but the last few years has fallen. Teachers and parents are not permitted to talk to each other. Why? Teachers and parents are not permitted to talk to Board of Directors about issues at the school. Why? What is being hidden by the administrator that should it become common knowledge, would be detrimental to her? Does the administrator tell what is really happening at the school to the Board??Other Review4y ago - Our Lady Of Victory School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur Lady of Victory has been a treasure for our family! We love the school, the administration and the teachers. I know I am sending my children to a school that fosters a love of learning, a love of Christ and a love of neighbor. The school itself is expansive, and balances growth and progress while preserving its rich heritage. OLV has a tradition of excellence, and I know my children will be ready for the next step in their school journey academically and spiritually.Parent Review1y ago - Trinity Episcopal School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur family originally chose Trinity for their known academic curriculum and Christian learning environment. We have been very pleased with both, but have also watched our daughter grow in more ways than we could have imagined. While flourishing in all core subjects, she has also learned how to do research and present that research to her teachers and peers (in only 2nd grade). She has learned how to extend a helping hand to her community by participating in service projects the school participates in as a whole. She has been encouraged each day to be responsible, honest, and hard working- all qualities we teach in our home and qualities valued in the real world. The staff at Trinity has come alongside us, as parents, and invested time into helping create not only intelligent children but also children of upstanding character. Joining the Trinity family was one of the best decisions we have made for our child.Parent Review1y ago
