I despise this school. The racism is a culture here. The faculty know about it Ava tears it like oh it’s kids being kids. Worse school ever! Definitely filing law suit!

Staff is ill-equipped to deal with children with special needs. They do not follow plans established during ARD. They simply call parents or suspend children because they are not trained. Children are left without support and do not learn. If your children are atypical learners, DO NOT send them to SVMS. Run the other way.

Great leadership, amazing students, happy dedicated teachers and incredibly supportive parents. I can't wait to put my children through this school and I've done my research!

Ms. Gwen Graham, Choir Goddess, has helped my daughter blossom. She has my eternal gratitude for setting my daughter's voice free.

I went to Smithson Valley Middle School for all 3 years and didnt really enjoy my years. There are Awful, Entitled, Spoiled children that attend SVMS and aren't willing to accept anyone besides their freinds. Very clique. I am SO glad I moved. The ONLY reason this rating isn't a "one star" is because the staff was AMAZING. WORST. THREE. YEARS. OF. MY. LIFE.
