Robert C Zamora Middle School

Never liked it there for my children, but since we have NO choice and live close to it, I had to place them there. Definitely wouldn't recommend this school. Had nothing but negative experiences there with the staff. I do believe the "school system" is becoming way too controlling leaving us parents in awe. I dont remember handing them.custody of my children so I should be able to check them out whenever, allow my child to stay at home if he/she needs to(a days recovery) without a dr.excuse. Sign my name however I see fit. Children being taugh conformity. Each child has a unique talent and the school is set on making robots. Thats all you see in school. Conformity and submissiveness. Do what youre told, or get reported. I want my child to stand out NOT fit in. Teach them how to fend for themselves. Farming, about the financial system, astrology in its full extent. The list goes on and on.

My nephew is in an ALE class and was getting hit by another student and being sent to the nurses office everyday for 3 weeks ! The Principal is too busy in “meeting” to contact and let us know what was going on and how they are going to fix the situation. We leave messages and don’t get a calls back. This has been going on for 3 weeks !

IT WAS VERY DISORGANIZED ! TECAHERS WERE YELLING , THE GRASS WAS OVER GROWEN AND THE PICK UP SYSTEM WAS A NIGHTMARE .

I have had my children in the South San School District since Pre-K and am very happy with the education they recieve and the support they get from their teachers and staff.

Staff is not focused on the kids and disabilities, they are not willing to help parents whos kids having learing disabilities and quick to remove them from the school instead of finding alternative sources for the kids. Do not recommend this school they are only worried about their staff and how they present the school the kids are the last priority. Kids are not robots and every child is different, if you choose to work with children you should be willing to be patient with kids not yelling at them.

Price Elementary is a very good school for children. Principal and Teacher always motivate children to do well all throughout the school year, not only during testing time. Children are always looking forward to going to school. The reason I enjoy having my children attend Price is because it is a good atmosphere and always greet children before and after school. Attention is given to the students from the moment they walk in and parents are greeted as well. One thing that they can improve on is having more activities which involve parents and students.
