I have been involved with Jubilee Highland Hills for 3 years. I find the school culture warm and inviting. It is a safe place with friendly and caring teachers. They have 5 administrators, 4 PE Coaches, and over 50 teachers. This school is truly a STEAM school with art, music and tech teachers both at the elementary and middle school level. This is the only charter school that I know of that has a Middle School Orchestra. They have winning sports teams (co-ed Flag Football, Volleyball, Basketball, etc.)Parents are welcome at the school. They hav excellent family events such as Grandparents Day, Literacy, Math and STEM nights, a fantastic Fall festival and much more. This is the only school that I know of that has a Trauma Therapy Certified animal ( a beautiful Siberian Husky). Come get a free tour and check it out.

Before attending this school my son was reading on a 4th grade level-in 1st grade. He was doing awesome in school and loved going. Now he is failing in reading somehow and doesn't like going. To say the least, I am disappointed and upset. There is NO communication between his teacher and myself-I leave messages, send notes, and all to no avail! My daughter has a great teacher, in 1st grade, and she is still excelling in all areas. But for some reason my sons education is lacking and we are having to pick up the slack with homeschooling him on weekends. I do not like this school and look forward to my children attending a different one in the next school year.

THE SCHOOL PUT MY DAUGHTER ON THE WRONG BUS AND PRINCIPLE DONNA FINCH NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR IT. THE SCHOOL RELEASE MY CHILD TO SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT ON THE LIST AND LAST PRINCIPLE DONNA FINCH GIVES COURTASY TO EMPLOYEES CHILDREN IN THE MORNING BY ALLOWING THEM INSIDE THE SCHOOL BEFORE 7:30 , WHILE OUR KIDS HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE WALLS OF THE SCHOOL. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL .

Principal can’t handle the stress of running the school. Clear favoritism amongst students and parents. Favors the parents that lead the PTO and inadequate facilities or equipment. Please opt out.

As a parent of three of my children that attended compass rose legacy. I would advise for you to run as far as you can away from this school. Everything they say and promote is a complete LIE. They do not communicate with the parents whatsoever unless it's to benefit their needs. If your child has any special needs or needs help, they do not allow your child to receive the benefits that there allowed by the state to receive the extra support or help. They fired the good teachers and keep the ones that are willing to tell their lies for whatever is needed to spin their narrative. Everything I was told prior to my children entering this school year 24' -25' have been a complete disaster the whole time. They're terrible on communicating with parents. Even their academic sucks. How does football season happened and not one game was one the whole time. And now they want for u as the parents to come out of your pocket for a school that can't even win one game. So my advice for this school is still the same, RUN AWAY and don't answer if they come your door. It's what I should've did had I seen a review like my own.
