Mead Elementary School

My kids love their teachers Davis and Elizalde and they're learning a lot of new things very easily! They are kind and patient. The only concern is that occasionally my son feels like the teachers don't see other kids being mean to him. My kids are excelling academically and they love and know many members of the school faculty and staff by name. We're very happy with our experience so far!

Bullying was horrible and staff and admin were told and did nothing!

My grandson went to a magnificent preschool, so he missed prek at this school. Whe he first visited he was apprehensive since he did not know anyone. That feeling left the first day. The only other time he was nervous, almost to tears, was first day of first grade. He had been told the teacher was very tough. After one day he was very happy she is not tough she has rules and if you do your work you are good. He so excited to start second grade he is literally jumping

This is a phenomenal learning environment with teachers who really care about learning and spiritual growth. No it is not the place for students with special needs; they do not have the accommodations. They do have rigorous Bible based curriculum and the atmosphere is Non-Woke. It is a great alternative to other schools if you are looking for something Bible based and different. There are a lot of really nice children here who support one another. This school is worth checking out!
