Hatchett Elementary School

Meadow Village is a small community, both my oldest son and daughter attended before we moved and the teachers and staff were very welcoming. They remembered us by name. It would be nice if more parents were active with the PTA, Meadow Village has a lot more potential with the help of active parents.

The admin and instructors made it a smooth process to transition my student from another nearby northside school. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my child was welcomed. The passion the instructors have in their roles is just what we were looking for. I couldn’t be more happy with the choice we made to transfer our student to Westwood Terrace.

My son did the Headstart’s program here but the overall experience with the school horrible. I have never once seen the principal wait I seen her once coming out her car she walked in disappeared never seen her again when you walk through the halls all the teachers are gossiping yelling at a kid and just look miserable . I don’t understand the need for background check if Headstart parents can’t go back there when it’s urgent !! They put so much rules on Headstart parents like not parking in the front but there own parents do it . Staff needs to be more approachable
