Bad removed my grandson and placed him in Idea South Flores what a difference A honor roll all year round...........

My son went to a private school for 2 years. However, I did not see any improvement in his reading. I decided to Make a change to a public school. I heard so many good things about Morrill Elem. I enrolled my son last year. His 3rd grade teacher Ms. Campos was awsome. What a difference one teacher can make. My son now is not afraid to pick up a book. For his first time he has fun reading. I thank Ms. Campos , Mrs. Alanis and Morrill School for a wonderful Job.

School is horrible. My son was bullied severely and they looked the other way. When we confronted them they started finding any little thing to get my son in trouble for and constantly called him a liar. They constantly push to have him medicated for the sake of the students and teacher. Deplorable school.

Before attending this school my son was reading on a 4th grade level-in 1st grade. He was doing awesome in school and loved going. Now he is failing in reading somehow and doesn't like going. To say the least, I am disappointed and upset. There is NO communication between his teacher and myself-I leave messages, send notes, and all to no avail! My daughter has a great teacher, in 1st grade, and she is still excelling in all areas. But for some reason my sons education is lacking and we are having to pick up the slack with homeschooling him on weekends. I do not like this school and look forward to my children attending a different one in the next school year.

Only giving two stars because the teachers are wonderful but unfortunately the principal is terrible! Of the two years we've been there I've only seen her come out of her office maybe 5 times. The moral of the parents there is so low. Trying to get anyone to volunteer or donate is close to impossible because they feel they already pay so much throughout the year why do they need to pay more? Events are overpriced there and darn near impossible to afford. They dont even have a working kitchen for the children to eat home cooked nutritious meals so be prepared for them to eat nasty prepackaged meals (meals on wheels). The school needs change and the principal could care less about anything. They need to replace her with someone who actually knows what they're doing and some compassion for the children.

As a Catholic parent, I opted to enroll my child at GSCA. BIG MISTAKE ! This school is "NOT" rooted in Catholic beliefs as they say they are ! All this school cares about is MONEY ! Not your child's education ! The principal is never visible. The only time she can be seen is at PTC meetings. Her office door are closed to parents. One has to go thru the secretary to resolve an issue. Try giving her a call and see who answers your question! If your child has any type of learning disability, don't bring them here! They will not work with you or your child! They are not equip to teach any student that has any type of learning disability! The teachers here don't have a degree in teaching. Teachers are given so many duties that they have no choice but to do away with their after school tutoring. This year alone 3 teachers had resigned their position. REALLY ? In one school year? One thing these teachers are all good at is gossiping! It would make me sick to my stomach to see them all hold hands in the morning at prayer. If you really want a Catholic education for your children, send them to another Catholic school ! Not this one !!!!
