4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSince all reviews were around 5-7 years ago I’m making a new one to update anyone that wants to enroll their children here from a high school students pov (point of view) To start off management seems terrible, staff members don’t seem to communicate with each other especially when it comes to problems in the school, the only problems that will be solved is anything emotionally related because the counselor team is amazing if not impressive at their job. The teachers are mostly laid back as long as you do their work, they will still enforce school rules and standards and are very helpful when it comes to needing to solve a problem that your not familiar with. With all that being said you might ask yourself “well that’s odd they started off with saying the staff seemed bad” which for most parents would obviously be concerning as far as teachers, counselors, janitors, school guards, or even the nice people who cook our food it’s great but when it comes to upper management and our (as in the students) higher ups it’s as worse as it can be. We’ve had multiple very concerning and seemingly consistent problems with our school one of the main ones being that their has been multiple WEAPONS brought by students to either look “cool” or to do something awful. On top of that the schools more worried about dress code which is never for all students, I’d consider myself one of the “targeted” that’s being enforced by higher staff members, and with all due respect towards the school they still have students bringing non mesh backpacks, allegedly small weapons and even vapes or even alcohol yet this is nowhere near as concerning towards the school as dress code is for the (targeted) students. If you’ve read all this please reconsider enrolling your child here.Thank you sincerely unhappy unmotivated studentStudent Review2y ago4 Reviews - Sinclair Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMr Ramos was a very involved teacher during my child's 3rd grade. He was very dedicated and committed to all the kids learning. The administrators were great and communicated with parents. As long as you wanted to be involved, Sinclair was a great experience.Parent Review10y ago3 Reviews - Town East Christian School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWouldn’t recommend. My son has a 504 and when he reported bullying to multiple teachers and was ignored, I set up meetings with the attendance clerk and special education dept. the principal couldn’t be bothered to show up or follow up. Nothing was done. My child was still being bullied and when I took it into my own hands, the attendance clerk said my son took the kids jokes to seriously and it wasn’t REALLY bullying. She threatened me with a court ordered cease-and-desist if I mentioned her calling my son a liar again, instead of trying to make the situation better. The kinder teacher lost students outside and didn’t notice they were gone until I helped them and when I reported to the front office the receptionist told me the teachers mom works for the principal so nothing would happen and there’s a fence around the school so they would have been fine. The kinder teacher also pushed the kids through the curriculum so she could win an award at the end of the year, when the kids didn’t comply with her demands she yelled at them and told them it would be their fault if she got sick with a sore throat and had to miss work.I’d rather homeschool my children than send them back into this environment. Their high scores and rating do not reflect their morals at all.Parent Review2mo ago1 Reviews
