TAKS, unfortunately, is a NIGHTMARE to teachers & students. Teachers have no choice but to teach the test. I've been there, & done that. If students do not master , it is a reflection on them , teachers, & the district. Our legislatures need to be contacted.l As far as responsibility, that begins at
