8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have a grandson in the school district. I am a retired teacher and reading teacher, My son died when my grandson was four years old. I met with the school counselor and several other people. The counselor said she thought my grandson was Autistic, She is not a doctor. I have been around Autistic children, my grandson is not autistic. She better know what she is talking about because my son is not here to defend his child and my grandson is all I have left. I was at the original meeting and asked if a doctor would be involved. They said no. The school can not tell me if someone has Autism.
