Garza provides a safe learning environment for all students. We have a very caring and dedicated staff. We strive for success and growth for each and everyone of our students, as well as our staff.

The staff goes above and beyond to make this a safe and fun learning environment for all of the students at McAuliffe Elementary. The administrators are understanding, fair, and passionate about making sure that the students are learning.

My experience at Castaneda had been overall a great experience. The community is a nice place to be everything needed is close by.

There is no instruction provided to students. Teachers appear in class to assign tests from some flips-flimsy notes, and those tests are never graded nor students ever informed about their grades. Kids must self-educate themselves. It is a waste of time to bring a child to this school.

I do not recommend this school. A teacher bullied my son, causing significant emotional distress by abusing her authority. She disregarded established policies, which I confirmed by reviewing the school’s policy book. Although I filed a grievance, I unfortunately missed the 10-day deadline. This situation was handled unprofessionally and without accountability. They also punished my son for taking during lunch by asking him to throw away his food and leave the cafeteria on more that one occasion.
