Very overpriced with under paid staff. Lesson plans in at least one of the classes is more of a formality then something teachers actually stick to. Favorites was also a big part where kids who were more of a "problem" were left to someone else because a teacher wouldn't want to deal with them. Deco

Classes are to the max of 20+ kids in the pre k classes with teachers who have no idea how to work with kids who may need extra attention. Constant influx of different afternoon teachers and subs. Also, teachers in the a.m did not hide

Posted by a parent on 5/2/2014Rocking Horse is a GREAT school! Staff is excellent. They always greet and thank you as you come and go. My son absolutely loves this school. They even do a parent date night. You can drop your kids off and go on a date :) I would highly recommend this school to anyone.
Posted by a parent on 2/26/2014They are not well organized, have a lot of teaching deficiencies. They are constantly changing teachers or are overflowing in their classrooms with few teachers. They hire inadequate personnel and they seem to barely have quality standards. I'm surprised they pass inspection.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe 22-23 school year was great. Our daughter was so excited to go back and the 23-24 year has been an absolute flop. As a parent I feel so incredibly disconnected with my child's school. They say it's to make things safer but it makes parents feel completely unaware of their child's environment. Since school began this they have taken complete liberties with release procedures changing them multiple times with NO NOTICE. Today our children were released 15 minutes later than normal with zero explanation. I am disgusted with how Principal Dipalma has been completely absent outside of her weekly pre fabricated emails that completely lack any sort of explanation for her constantly changing procedures. My child is friends with a kid who was wrongfully accussed of violence and it has affected him greatly. My confidence in this school was already low, but it has managed to fall below the floor with this incident. We will likely be transferring out.Parent Review7mo ago
